We offer EXCHANGES/STORE CREDIT ONLY for merchandise returned in perfect condition within 10 days from receipt of purchase
- Merchandise must be unworn/unwashed, must have all tags, to include any hanging tags attached.
- Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
- Since many of our items are of limited quantities, Queens Prowl Boutique may occasionally sell out of an item. If this occurs, we will notify you via email. If an item is out of stock, there can be no exchange nor return under any circumstances.
- If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will not be applied.
- When returning, please include the original packing slip or the email approval for return.
- Gift Cards cannot be returned, once purchased.

We DO NOT accept exchanges on any white items, t-shirts, swimwear, bodysuits, leggings or accessories/bags. We only replace items, if damaged or defective. All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping, thus our company will not send customers damaged items.

Please email us FIRST to initiate a return. Please DO NOT return any merchandise without receiving a confirmation. Once approved, we will provide you with a return address to send the merchandise. Please note that the customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs. When returning an item(s), we recommend you using a trackable shipping service/provider, such as USPS or purchase shipping insurance. Queens Prowl Boutique is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
